Shipment & Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This policy explains how Yiwu Mingpai Technology Co., Ltd. (义乌市铭派科技有限公司) ("TORENA") processes and ships wholesale orders. It applies to all orders confirmed by Proforma Invoice.
1. Order Processing
Orders are picked, inspected and packed at our facility in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
- Processing begins once payment has cleared in our account. Orders are payable 100% in advance.
- In-stock orders are picked, inspected and handed to the carrier within 24–72 hours of the payment clearing.
- Custom, plated-to-order and OEM/ODM goods require a production lead time, which is stated on your PI. The 24–72 hour despatch window does not apply to them.
- Despatch slows during Chinese New Year and the two national holiday weeks in China. We tell you the affected dates in advance.
2. Quality Control Before Shipment
Every order is inspected before it ships. We check quantity, style and colour against your order, plating appearance, stone setting, clasp and chain function. Photographs of the inspected goods are available on request before shipment.
3. Shipping Methods
We quote shipping per order, because the cost depends on weight, volume, destination and the service you choose. The quoted amount appears on your PI. The usual options are:
| Method | Typical transit | Tracking | Suited to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Express courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx) | 3–7 working days | Full | Urgent orders and samples |
| Dedicated air line | 8–13 working days | Full | Most wholesale orders |
| Economy air | 9–15 working days | Full | Cost-sensitive, non-urgent orders |
| Postal / registered air mail | 9–20 working days | Limited | Small parcels |
| Sea freight | 22–40 working days | Full | Large-volume orders |
Transit times are estimates measured from the day the parcel is handed to the carrier. They are not guaranteed and do not include customs clearance time in the destination country.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping is quoted per order and confirmed on your PI before you pay. Cost is driven by:
- Destination country and service level.
- Chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight = length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000.
- Whether you choose DDP or DDU (see section 5).
Per-kilo rates fall as the shipment gets heavier, so consolidating into one shipment is usually cheaper than several small ones. We will tell you where consolidation saves money.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international shipments are subject to customs control in the destination country.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we or our forwarder prepay duties, import taxes and clearance charges. The PI shows one all-in figure and there is nothing further to pay on delivery. We recommend DDP for most destinations.
- DDU / DAP (duty unpaid) — you pay duties, taxes and clearance charges to the carrier or customs before the goods are released. The PI shows freight only.
The delivery term that applies to your order is stated on your PI.
Import rules for low-value consignments have changed substantially in several major markets, including the United States and the European Union, and further changes are scheduled. Duty rates, thresholds and documentary requirements depend on your country, the tariff classification of the goods and the date of import. We keep our forwarders' guidance current, but we cannot advise on your country's rules. Please confirm the landed cost with your customs broker before placing a large order.
Documentation
Every shipment carries a commercial invoice and packing list showing accurate product descriptions in English, the tariff classification, the true declared value, and country of origin (China). We do not undervalue shipments or declare goods as gifts.
6. Tracking
We send the tracking number when the shipment leaves us. Allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's first scan. Postal services may show no movement while the parcel is in transit and resume scanning on arrival in the destination country. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 working days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
7. Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays outside our control include customs inspection and clearance, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays in China or the destination country, peak season congestion, and incorrect or incomplete delivery details. We are not liable for such delays, but we will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve them.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damage or shortage on arrival: tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the outer carton, the packaging and the goods. Keep all packaging until the claim is closed.
- Apparent loss in transit: contact us if tracking has not moved for 30 days (economy and postal) or 14 days (express). We will open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will replace the goods or refund them, at your choice.
- Where the shipment was insured, the claim is settled on the insured value.
9. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable — wrong address, refused, or uncollected — we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment freight is for your account. If you choose not to reship, we refund the goods value less freight actually incurred and any return handling charges.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Some destinations restrict certain goods or packaging. Magnetic clasps and any item containing a battery may be restricted on some air routes. Where a restriction affects your order we will tell you before shipping and propose an alternative route.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our carriers or in customs requirements. Changes are posted on this page with a new 'Last updated' date. The delivery terms that govern your order are the ones on your PI.
