What is your minimum order?

$200 per order, with no per-style minimum. Mix as many styles as you like to reach it.

Can I mix styles to reach the minimum?

Yes. That is the point of setting the minimum on the order rather than on the style — a shop testing a new look should not have to commit deep on any one piece.

Do you sell to end consumers?

No. TORENA is a wholesale supplier. We do not run a retail channel and we do not sell to your customers.

What are your payment terms?

100% payment in advance, by Airwallex bank transfer or PayPal against the proforma invoice. No card payment, no online checkout, no deposit-and-balance terms. See MOQ & payment terms.

How quickly do you ship?

In-stock orders leave Yiwu within 24–72 hours of the payment clearing. Custom and OEM/ODM runs follow the production lead time on your PI.

How long does delivery take?

Air freight typically arrives in 5–15 days once the goods leave Yiwu. Sea freight takes longer and is quoted separately. The exact terms for your order are confirmed on your proforma invoice.

What if the goods do not match the sample?

Every batch is inspected before it ships. If the inspection finds a problem we hold the shipment and contact you before anything leaves Yiwu. If something is wrong after delivery, send photos and the batch code from the packing list within 7 days and we will replace or credit the affected pieces.
