This policy explains what personal information Yiwu Mingpai Technology Co., Ltd. (义乌市铭派科技有限公司) ("TORENA", "we", "us") collects through www.torenajewelry.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. TORENA is the data controller for this information.

TORENA sells to businesses. Most of the information we hold is business contact information — a name, a work email address, a company and a shipping address.

1. What We Collect

1.1 Information you give us

  • Account and wholesale application: your name, work email, phone number, company name, country and business type.
  • Orders: the goods you select, delivery address, and the contact details needed for customs and delivery.
  • Correspondence: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

We do not collect card numbers or bank credentials through this website. Payment is arranged offline by bank transfer against a Proforma Invoice, so no payment card data ever reaches our systems.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. This is collected by our hosting platform (Shopify) as part of running and securing the site.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to do their job for us:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the website and stores account and order data.
  • Freight forwarders and carriers — the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your goods and clear customs.
  • Our bank — the information needed to identify and reconcile your payment.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where we are required by law, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.

These parties are bound to use the information only for the service they provide to us.

4. International Transfers

TORENA is established in China. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another region with transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred outside that region when you deal with us. Where required, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the equivalent mechanism in your jurisdiction. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

5. How Long We Keep It

  • Account and enquiry records: for as long as the account is active, and for 2 years after the last contact.
  • Order, invoice and customs records: 10 years, as required by Chinese accounting and tax law.
  • Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, and for 2 years afterwards as evidence that consent was given and withdrawn.

6. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to order and customer data is restricted to the people who need it. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at info@torenajewelry.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Marketing

We send the weekly trend report and occasional product emails only to people who have asked for them. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing info@torenajewelry.com. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new 'Last updated' date; if a change materially affects how we use your information we will tell you directly.
